We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to strengthen account security. Three methods are currently supported: email verification code, SMS verification code, and authenticator app (TOTP). Only one method can be enabled per account at a time; to switch, first disable the current method and then enable the new one.
When using TOTP, you can scan the QR code or manually enter the key with any app that supports standard time-based one-time codes, such as Tencent Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or 1Password. After TOTP is enabled, save your backup codes immediately; each backup code can be used only once.
Credits are metered and charged in real time by actual usage for digital service capabilities on the platform, such as AI research, model calls, and search calls; starting a task requires meeting the minimum available balance published by the platform. A top-up entry is currently available on the web; mobile purchase capabilities are handled respectively under the rules of the App Store, Google Play, or other distribution channels.
If your payment succeeded but credits were not added, or you experience duplicate charges, accidental payment by a minor, or a compromised account, keep your order number, payment receipt, and account email, and submit a request via the contact-support page. Credits corresponding to already-consumed model, search, and generation services are generally non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or caused by a platform malfunction.

A: Response speed depends on the selected research depth and the current system load. Choose a depth that fits your needs — a lower depth for urgent questions and a higher depth for complex analysis.
A: On the conversation page, tap the settings button in the top-right corner and select “Export conversation.” PDF export is currently supported, and the exported file includes the full conversation content and timestamps.
A: On the login page, tap “Forgot password,” obtain a 6-digit code via your registered email or phone number, and reset your password. If you cannot access your original verification method, contact the support team for manual assistance.
A: If you use TOTP, log in with your saved backup codes first; if you cannot access your email, phone number, or authenticator app, contact the support team with your account email, recent login devices, necessary identity-verification information, and screenshots, and we will assist after verification.
A: It depends on the distribution channel. iOS and Google Play versions do not provide external-payment routing that bypasses app-store rules. The web top-up entry is subject to the capabilities actually enabled on xthinktank.com.
